AGENT - X PAYMENT GUIDE

To purchase an Agent-X service package, follow these steps:

Step 1: Register an Agent-X Account

  • Visit the official website https://agent-x.ai
  • Click "Sign Up" or "Try Free Now" in the top right corner
  • Enter your account information (email, password...) and verify the OTP code sent to your email
  • Once complete, log in to start using Agent-X

Step 2: Choose a Service Package

  • From the admin dashboard, go to "Settings" and select "Service Packages"
  • The system will display available packages: Starter, Accelerate, Growth, Breakthrough, and Enterprise
  • Click "Upgrade" corresponding to your usage needs

Step 3: Payment

Agent-X supports 2 payment methods:

Method 1: Payment via VNPAY

  • After selecting a package, click "Pay via VNPAY"
  • A QR code will appear for you to scan using a banking app or e-wallet that supports VNPAY
  • Complete payment in the app and return to the system to confirm

Method 2: Bank Transfer

Scan the QR code for transfer or copy the bank information:

Then click "I have transferred" to notify the system

Step 4: Service Activation

  • After successful payment, the system will automatically confirm and upgrade your account within 5-10 minutes
  • You will see a "Payment Successful" notification on the screen
  • Access advanced features immediately, create chatbots, manage data, and track bot performance

View History & Invoices

  • Go to "Payments" in the "Settings" page to review transactions, invoices, and order status
  • VAT invoices can be sent via email or downloaded directly from the system
